Literally the best decision I made after spraining my ankle. I walked in feeling stressed and limping and walked out feeling so much better after my sessions and was actually confident about my recovery. The therapists explained everything so clearly, made the sessions super comfortable, and pushed me just enough to get stronger without scaring me. The vibe is so positive and professional at the same time. 10/10 would recommend if you want to heal properly and not just ‘rest and hope for the best'!
I had come here for my lower back strain that happened due to a sports injury and i have to say that the recovery was very precise and comfortable. I didn't have to go through anything very strenuous and the problem resolved slowly and steadily. Great experience with these guys. They work hard for their patents😄

I had come here with a problem that was worrying me since many years , my knee pain was very problematic for me , climbing up and down the staircase was a big hassle and even my day-to-day activities also became very difficult. I also had severe neck and back pain due to prolonged sitting. After starting my rehab at PhysioNautics , the results are very satisfactory. My knee pain is almost completely gone and neck and back pain is nowhere to be felt. I'm able to do all my regular activities without any difficulty now.
