The care , love and respect I've received from the team of Physionautics. It was such a pleasant experience that y rehab was very comfortable. The time here was very valuable for me. Literally the best decision I made after spraining my ankle. I walked in feeling stressed and limping and walked out feeling so much better after my sessions and was actually confident about my recovery. The therapists explained everything so clearly, made the sessions super comfortable, and pushed me just enough to get stronger without scaring me. The vibe is so positive and professional at the same time. 10/10 would recommend if you want to heal properly and not just ‘rest and hope for the best'!
I had come here for my lower back strain that happened due to a sports injury and i have to say that the recovery was very precise and comfortable. I didn't have to go through anything very strenuous and the problem resolved slowly and steadily. Great experience with these guys. They work hard for their patents😄

I am very happy and satisfied with my experience with the team of Physionautics. The pain and aches that i had since long time because of stroke was considerable reduced and is now manageable. I am able enough to do my day to day activities without the support of other people and am very happy that I'm able to reach this stage in my recovery. I had come here with a problem that was worrying me since many years , my knee pain was very problematic for me , climbing up and down the staircase was a big hassle and even my day-to-day activities also became very difficult. I also had severe neck and back pain due to prolonged sitting. After starting my rehab at PhysioNautics , the results are very satisfactory. My knee pain is almost completely gone and neck and back pain is nowhere to be felt. I'm able to do all my regular activities without any difficulty now. The team is committed to complete patient rehab and it reflects in their work and results. I'm very happy with my treatment and would definitely recommend others to have their Rehab done here

I’ve been looking for a fitness coach for so long and my search ended here at physionautics. Knowledgeable and experienced physiotherapists team who have immense talent in diagnosing and planning a treatment according to individual needs. Pilates instructor was very good in focusing on problematic areas of the body that needed fat reduction as well as my endurance level for training. I’m short of words after I got the results in 3 weeks. I feel more energetic, light and confident than ever. Highly recommended for anyone having issues with body that needs physio therapeutic attention.
