Parkinson\'s Disease is a chronic neurological disorder that primarily affects the movement. 

It is characterized by the degeneration of dopamine-producing neurons in the substantia nigra, a region of the brain which involved in controlling movement. The loss of dopamine leads to the hallmark motor symptoms of Parkinson\'s, such as tremors, rigidity, bradykinesia which is slowness of movement, and postural instability. 

The disease can also cause non-motor symptoms, including cognitive changes and mood changes. Although the exact cause of Parkinson\'s disease is unknown, but it is said that it is a result from some of genetic and environmental factors like exposure to toxins, head injuries, aging as risk of parkinsons increases with the age also inherited from the families around 10-15 percent of parkinson\'s cases are inherited.
