We have got our experts physiotherapists who are trained aqua therapists and take the session forward. we have got an advanced aqua therapy pool which has inbuilt temperature control system, it also has water currents for hydrostatic pressure and also treadmill which in built which helps the patient to strengthen lower body as well as upper body, it is specifically customized using balance training, strength training and resistance training depending upon the condition and assessment being made by our therapists. Aqua therapy can be beneficial for a wide range of conditions, including osteoarthritis, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, muscular weakness, balance and gait difficulties, chronic pain and joint stiffness. The buoyancy of water reduces the load on the joints, allowing patients to perform movements and exercises with greater ease and confidence. The resistance provided by water helps in progressive strengthening without putting excessive stress on the joints. The controlled aquatic environment provides a safe and supportive setting for patients who may find certain exercises difficult to perform on land. Our physiotherapists continuously monitor the patient’s response throughout the session and progress the program gradually to achieve better mobility, strength, independence and overall functional performance.
