4. Strengthening Exercises: - Gradual strengthening of the forearm muscles to improve endurance and reduce strain on the tendons. Wrist Curls: Hold a light dumbbell or resistance band, palm facing up. Slowly curl the wrist upward and then lower it back down. Perform 2–3 sets of 10–15 repetitions. Eccentric Wrist Flexion: Hold a light dumbbell, palm facing up. Use the unaffected hand to help lift the wrist, then slowly lower it back down over 3–5 seconds. Perform 2–3 sets of 10–15 repetitions. 


5. Manual Therapy: - Soft tissue mobilization or massage to reduce muscle tension and improve blood flow to the affected area. Joint mobilization techniques to improve elbow and wrist mobility.


6. Ultrasound Therapy: Therapeutic ultrasound may be used to promote tissue healing and reduce inflammation. 


7. Taping or Bracing: Use of a counterforce brace or kinesiology tape to reduce strain on the tendon and provide support during activities.
