She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) degree from Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Physiotherapy and is registered with the Delhi Council of Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy (PR-6359/PT).

Following graduation, Dr. Megha completed a 6-month rotatory clinical internship at BL Kapoor Hospital, where she gained hands-on experience in orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics, ICU rehabilitation, and post-operative physiotherapy. She now leads patient care as Senior Physiotherapist at PhysioNautics and was recognized as Miss PhysioNautics for her dedication and excellence in patient care.

Dr. Megha specializes in a broad spectrum of physiotherapy services, including orthopedic rehabilitation for osteoarthritis, cervical and lumbar spondylitis, frozen shoulder, post-fracture recovery, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She is also highly experienced in neurological rehabilitation, treating stroke, Bell’s palsy, hemiparesis, hemiballismus, and providing gait and balance training. Her expertise extends to spine and postural correction, including scoliosis, kyphosis, ergonomic adjustments, and work-related musculoskeletal issues, as well as pediatric physiotherapy for cerebral palsy, developmental delays, muscular dystrophy, infantile hemiparesis, and post-surgical hip rehabilitation. She has also successfully managed complex and rare conditions, such as post-burn tendon transplant rehabilitation, Wilson’s disease, Arnold–Chiari malformation, and Apert syndrome.

Committed to continuous professional growth, Dr. Megha has completed advanced certifications, including Therapeutic Taping Practitioner, Philosophy & Techniques in Neuromuscular Disorder Management, and the Stroke NeuroConnect program, and regularly attends workshops and CME sessions to stay updated with the latest physiotherapy techniques.
